Any amount of compensation or indemnity in excess of the limits of the compensation system shall be borne by the customer.
If you fall under the disclaimer clause of the insurance policy, or if you violate the Karī Rental Car rental car terms and conditions, none of Karī Rental Car's compensation plans that have been chosen for the rental car will be applied. You will be responsible for the full amount of damages and compensation.
You will be responsible for all indirect damage, including business damage and cargo damage, due to malfunction of equipment installed in the rental car. The customer is responsible for providing insurance and other compensation for these indirect damages.

Insurance will not cover:
- In the event of an accident if you do not report it to the police and our company
- Accidents caused by a driver other than the one named at the time of departure
- Accident when driving without a license
- Accident due to drunk driving
- Accident due to drug use
- Accident when using the car without permission
- Accident caused during a rental period extended without consent
- Other cases if you left the car key in the car and your belongings are stolen
- If the battery has been drained inadvertently (e.g. lights left on)
- If the repair period exceeds 7 days
- If you lost the key fob (key)
- If tires are punctured or damaged
- If the car smells of cigarette smoke (signs of smoking)
- If there have been drinks spilled in the car (food waste)
- If the seat is soiled
- In case of loss or damage to in-car equipment
- If problems occurred while renting the car
